I am an anatomy nerd and strive to be able to breakdown the complexity of movement in a way my students understand
Adding Pilates into your weekly practice will not only help strengthen your core, it will improve your Yoga asana, improve posture and give you better body awareness.
I was never flexible or strong (I couldn’t even touch my toes!) yet when I got into Pilates, it’s like everything aligned and I found a new sense of strength from within.
Expect to leave my classes feeling grounded, revived, happy and with a deeper knowledge of yourself and how to apply the practices of yoga in your everyday life.
I love teaching embodied philosophy, metaphors as movement and exploring the big questions of life not just with our mind but with our body, breath and feelings.
It's often our breath that shows us where we're holding back, where we're avoiding and where we have the opportunity to find truth.
Expect to laugh, to play, to be challenged and to be deeply connected back to roots.

Yoga has given me the tools to surrender control (still, always a process) and just own how I show up in each moment. To breathe and respond, rather than react, with as much love and authenticity as possible.
